女性更年期的秘密,「雌激素」 太多過少都不行!


雌激素是一組天然的類固醇激素,且在女性性特徵的成長與發育中,發揮了重要的作用。雖然雌激素在男性與女性的身體中皆有分泌,但它們在女性身上分泌的較多,且在正值黃金生育年齡的女性身上有更多。


雌激素為什麼對女人那麼重要? 

雌激素在女性生殖器官的活動中也發揮了重要的調節作用。它們是由卵巢的卵泡在月經週期和懷孕期間的胎盤所產生的,且組成一整體的激素。肝臟、乳房和腎上腺也有助於這種激素的生產,但數量較小。

以女性來說,這些性徵讓自己乳房發育、骨盆擴大、大腿與臀部儲存大量的體內脂肪。與男性相比時,女性往往臉部只有短而少的毛和柔軟的皮膚,事實上是與這種激素有直接關係。

「雌激素」 太多過少都不行!

科學上發現多數婦女疾病跟體內「過多」的雌激素及環境荷爾蒙有關!因為這兩個因子會對特定器官產生強烈的生理效應,導致器官產生病變,像是子宮內膜異位症、子宮肌瘤以及各種婦癌等。


哪些食物含有天然植物性荷爾蒙?

1、黑豆

黑豆,萬豆之王,相比其它含植物雌激素的豆類,黑豆無疑含量是最高的。長期堅持使用黑豆打豆漿喝,是非常安全的補充植物性雌激素,對子宮和卵巢保養有很好的療效。

2、葡萄酒(白藜蘆醇)

葡萄酒裡含有白藜蘆醇,有效補充雌激素,並可以有效預防腫瘤的發生。荷蘭女性健康研究機構發現,每天喝一小杯紅酒,卵子活躍性可以提高20%。紅酒中的多酚可以讓卵子更健康,白葡萄酒中的多酚含量僅比紅酒低10%,也是健康選擇。

3、山藥

山藥蛋白質含量高,含有天然雌性激素,可以緩解許多婦女病的症狀。能刺激卵巢分泌荷爾蒙,幫助排卵緩解卵巢早衰。
 

4、南非醉茄

南非醉茄也被稱為「印度人參」,具有良好的抗氧化能力,也普遍被用於減緩衰老症狀。研究表明,南非醉茄富含植物性雌激素,可以減輕更年期症狀。南非醉茄的促性激素樣作用的有效成分是「人參皂甘」,它可使垂體前葉的促卵泡激素和促黃體生成素釋放增加,改善卵巢早衰荷爾蒙不足的狀況。
哪些食物含有天然植物性荷爾蒙?

植物雌激素與子宮內膜癌、乳癌的關係 

研究報告指出食用黃豆和其它豆類多的婦女,子宮內膜癌發生率減少 (OR=0.46)。在流行病學上,亞洲婦女子宮內膜癌遠比西方婦女少,多用黃豆食品應為重要因素。

在美國針對947個對象所做的一項個案對照研究,顯示攝取越多植物雌激素(isoflavone and ligana )可降低子宮內膜癌的風險,特別是停經後的婦女,可達顯著性的差異,其原因主要可能為抑制雌激素的原因,論文中服用的劑量為isoflavones 的劑量最高劑量為大於2.726mg/day到最小劑量為小於1.15 mg/day,Lignan 則是從大於49 ug/day到小於18ug/day。而乳癌方面,尚未有定論,由於日本食用大豆食品頻繁且種類繁多,一篇以日本族群21852人的前瞻性研究,觀察到食用較多大豆異黃酮(isoflavones),較多味噌湯(發酵大豆後的產品)的族群,可降低發生乳癌的風險(最高劑量組比起最低劑量組,其RR分別為0.46和0.60),特別在停經後的婦女(RR:0.32)其食用大豆異黃酮的最高劑量約25.3 mg/day,而味噌湯則是1天等於或超過3碗。

注意:子宮內膜異位症不適合補充植物雌激素

 
依學理植物性荷爾蒙對子宮內膜影響不大,如一報告在 50 位婦女連續 6 個月服用 28.5mg、57mg 或 85.5mg 異黃酮素,子宮內膜厚度皆沒有超過 5mm(3);但 Johnson 等(2)在 2001 年曾發表一不孕症婦女罹患子宮內膜癌,她在過去兩年中吃了許多中藥,包括聖潔莓、甘草、蒲公英、薑、當歸…等含植物性荷爾蒙的草藥,被懷疑與之有關,但大家都知道不孕
本身便易患子宮內膜癌。

植物雌激素與更年期女性的關係

       人體體內分泌的雌激素主要取決於兩種荷爾蒙:LH(間質細胞刺激荷爾蒙)(interstitial cell stimulating hormone)和FSH(卵泡刺激荷爾蒙)(follicle stimulating hormone),是由大腦中的下丘腦產生的。因此,精神壓力大,存在體內的荷爾蒙失調,這可能導致更多的問題。

        婦女在更年期時期很容易體驗到過多的雌激素的變動。過高的雌激素可能引起絞痛或失眠,而過低的情況可能會導致疲勞和骨質疏鬆症,這使得骨頭變得易碎,甚至 可能導致抑鬱症。這可能會產生巨大的副作用。因此,雌激素是自然且非常優良的,而這裡有很多含有雌激素的食物可以讓身體吸收。
